CPM: update incident audit log
We have a CPM that runs on incident updates. It checks the product saved and searches for some data in a linked CO to save to a custom incident field for later use in a business rule.
The problem I have is that it makes troubleshooting tricky. So I have 2 questions:
- How can I check if the product was changed? So I'd only want to go through the CO check if the product was actually changed.
- Can I influence the audit log? So could I write an entry in to show admins what the CPM did?
