Can I use a Support mailbox for Surveys?

We have been using RightNow to track support incidents for something like 12 years, an now we want to be able to send out closed incident surveys.

In order to understand how surveys work, I created a couple of dummy questions and then tried to create a transactional survey, but I get the error "No enabled mailbox exists" even though there are two support mailboxes available for the ltxfaq interface.

So the question is, do I need to have our IT folks set up a separate Marketing mailbox we can use for Surveys?  Or is there some way I can use the already existing default Support mailbox (esupport@lantronix.com) for our surveys?
