Answer Stopwords exclusion for particular answer

Sorry not sure if the title makes sense. 

In our stopword list, we have the word "ALL" in it. However, we have an Answer with the term "all-in" in it. We're seeing that people will search for all-in, all in, and all to try and get that answer to come up. However, since ALL is a stopword, it doesn't obviously search.

Is there a way to get this Answer to appear if someone searches "all-in", "all in", and "all" without completely removing ALL from the stopword list?
