Hi,

I would like that the search filters of the knowledge base to be displayed according to the information related to the Incident. That is, it works as the search for guided assistance, where the filter is associated with the Incident information. Currently, I have to do the filter manually. I attach images that shows the search filters of the knowlesge base vs. guided assistance.
