Remove option to 'add as link' and 'add as text'

Hi, 

I am implementing guided assistance into the agents incident workspace to help them access our knowledge  base, which includes policies and procedures,  easily. 
The policies are written in answers that are defined to be accessed only by the agents. 

This works well, however there is an action option to add the answer as link or text and I would like to remove this in order to prevent any inconveniences or mistakes of an agent sending a customer our private procedures. (Actions shown in image attached)

Is there a way to remove these action items? I would like it only to be possible to view the answer.
