Hi
I have been asked to write a strategy for our Knowledge Base and Knowledge Articles. This is to look at the aim of a Knowledge base in a HR field, how it is going to be delivered and maintained and a plan going forward for maintenance. Has anyone written something along these lines before please?
I've started to draft a basic outline but I'm looking for inspiration and good practice. Is there anyone who can offer me some advice please?
