How does Access Level on Answer workspace work

I want to use several custom access levels on Answer workspace for different groups in the application just for the Agent Console.

If I have groups A, B, C then Users can create answers from each group and put access level either as Group A or B or C or Everyone.

When the agents go to the Search knowledge base from an incident and search, Group B user should not see Group A tagged access level selected answers. Even if they select Group A as access level in search, it should show nothing. So only users belonging to Group A should see their answers. Is this possible?
