Issues In Importing Knowledge Base Articles Into Oracle Service Cloud

Hi All,

I am currently working on an assignment where we have to import knowledge articles into OSvC and while working on it i have found that data import wizard has some limitations with respect to answers.

Can anybody please share there experience if you have done a knowledge migration from another system to oracle service cloud.

The main questions that i am facing are below:

1. How to map product and categories to answers during import. Can not use multi edit option as we have lots of products and categories.

2. How to import answers with images as there are various articles which contain images within the answers.
