Summary section is blank for performance type worksheet in workforce compensation plan

Summary:

We are using workforce compensation plan with a performance task type in the worksheet to calibrate performance ratings. The performance rating details for employees is getting populated in the detail section, but the summary section which has the graph and performance rating distribution is blank.

But in the plan setup, when I preview the worksheet, I can see the summary section
