How to auto save incident at beginning of the chat?

I have got a requirement from client

Description: They want to save the incident at the beginning of the chat session. I couldn't find any out of box functionality saving the incident automatically.

It would be really helpful if somebody share the idea on how to achieve this

Note: I have tried the create incident at the beginning option from Chat workspace. Incident has been created but not saved.
