Hi,

   I have created some Answer rules (under site configuration - Rules) in one production site. I want to export them and put them in my clone sites. How can I do this?

I thought Business/Incident or Answer rules etc. can be exported and then imported. Is it not?

 

This is for agent console only and not CP.
