Knowledge base wsdl throwing error whille connecting to interface

Hi,

We are trying to establish knowledge base connection on two interfaces on the same site from external system.

For the first interface connection established properly and second one throwing error.

Please find below two urls, we are using same url except interface name, please let us know why this is happening are we missing something here either in configuration level or in code level for the second interface?
