Hello All!

We have been with RightNow/Oracle for a long long time.  We are preparing for a mass product overhaul in our product layout.  Is there a way we can move products easily?  We will have some products we will no longer use so we plan to remove if possible.  I am not finding anything in the knowledgebase on cleaning up products.  Of course, we are looking for the most efficient, easiest, fastest and painless way of doing this.
