We are trying to retrieve Search results using KA REST APIs. Currently we are following the below sequence of Steps -

a. /srt/api/v1/search/initialScreen
b. /srt/api/v1/search/question?question=credit+card

This returns only the Content which do not have any restriction on UserGroups. But we would like to see all Matching Content, irrespective of whether a UserGroup is associated to the Content or not.

Is there specific filters that we have to apply to the Question API or is there is separate API to get the required results?
