Visibility Control for the Knowledge Advance Articles

Hi All,
I'm looking for controlling the visibility of Knowledge Advance articles in Customer Portal. I have 4 interfaces and I want to restrict the article in few interfaces. As per the documentation I was updating the View list but still these articles are displaying while searching with the keywords. Even I tried changing the Published status but still the same results.
Could you please let me know is there any steps am missing.
