Rule question pertaining to date last updated.

I am trying to add a text popup, or some other warning to show when a contact record has not been updated in the last 3 months. This would alert the rep to at least confirm the information. (in theory) I am adding this into the contact information page as that is the screen used most for a rep on the phone.

The rules seem limited though to absolute ranges, so I cannot give a blanket older than 3 months rule.

 

Any thoughts?
