Add data security for using the feature record physical count tags in spreadsheet

We have a requirement to use the feature record physical count tags in spreadsheet. While using this, 'Count by LOV' is not populating. As it is a mandatory field, we are not able to submit the changes. As per the oracle documentation, we've checked the required roles and privileges assigned to user. Based on that we suspect that 'INV_MANAGE_PHYSICAL_INVENTORY_DATA' data security is missing.

How to check whether this data security is assigned to any user or if it is missing how to assign this data security. Kindly support to follow the best practice.
