We would like to send a notification, like when a customer updates a case from either email or from Ask Support, but the notification should be triggered if another Oracle Service Cloud user (not System, Admin or Customer) updates the case, the status doesn’t have to change and the person making the update is not in the Assigned field.

Has anyone done something like this?
