Creating an incident from Customer Portal not trigering workspace rules

Hello,

I have a requirement where I am using the customer portal to log an incident.

I have a field zone, while autopopulates field site automatically.

When entering the zone from customer portal to log the incident, the site is not filled automatically when viewing the created incident in OSVC.

The behavior is correct when creating an incident from Oracle Service Cloud itself.

Can anyone please help?
