Receipt Email for one Support Box but not the other
I have two Support Mailboxes set up within OSC. I need to have one send a Receipt email automatically on creation of a new incident, but not for the other box. I've been trying to work within Rules but have not been successful so far. (EX: If Incident.Incoming Mailbox equals [email protected], Then do not send Email Receipt Message. Else, Send Email Response to Sender)
What am I missing here?
