Hi,

Are there anyone else within the community, who experience issues with the connection towards Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow)?

We're based in Europe, and we experience daily error messages such as

  • "A server communication error has occured"
  • "Unable to communicate with server"
  • "An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host"
  • "An error has occured. Error running query"

In addition, we also experience issues where the application "freezes" while performing certain action such as "Send&Save" / Refreshing operational dashboard or reports.
