Connection error

Hi,
Are there anyone else within the community, who experience issues with the connection towards Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow)?
We're based in Europe, and we experience daily error messages such as
- "A server communication error has occured"
- "Unable to communicate with server"
- "An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host"
- "An error has occured. Error running query"
In addition, we also experience issues where the application "freezes" while performing certain action such as "Send&Save" / Refreshing operational dashboard or reports.
