Customizable Menu: Deleted item, need to retrieve the ID

Hi all,

I was editting a customizable menu, I had one item with ID: 1. I deleted it but now I need it. Is it possible to create a new item with ID: 1? I tried by a data import, including the ID =1 but there's no effect at all.
