VBS - Team time cards - allow capability to freeze header

Description (Required):

Enable the capability in VBS to freeze the headers when scrolling through the Team Time Card page. This will make it easier to read and navigate when there are multiple time cards displayed on a single page.

The freeze header functionality should work similarly to how it operates in Excel, ensuring the headers remain visible while scrolling.

With headers

The current scrolling functionality, without frozen headers, makes it difficult to identify which hours correspond to which column when there are multiple time cards on the page. Freezing the headers would ensure clarity and improve usability.
