Contact Center and Non Contact Center accounts
Certain things are still unclear when they say ‘irregularly’ users accounts. One way Oracle said it is a fully functional account which means console will not limit the account functionality but on the other hand if Oracle found something that this account is doing which he does not supposed to do then they will charge for it. My questions are:
- Will NCC (non contact center) ever login in the system.
- What operations from CRUD a Non Contact Center user can perform.
- Can we use this user for Integration
