Hi all,

 

I have a requirement where I need to create an incident in the service cloud at the end of opa interview i.e oracle policy automation.. But, I need to save the data of the interview to the custom object I created in the service cloud. Is there a way where I can do this?

 

I tried by putting the custom object in the mapping settings. But, it doesn't create a incident. Is there a way where I can create the incident but I can put the data in the custom object through the mapping settings in opa.
