Is anyone ITIL compliant?
Becoming ITIL compliant is a goal that's emerging within our organization's help desks. I'm hoping to find someone, anyone using RightNow that has deployed an ITIL-friendly help desk set-up. At the very least if anyone here has looked into what it would take to meet basic ITIL standards within their site can you please let me know? I have a sinking feeling this would not be a straightforward process but hopefully I'm wrong.
From the company side, is anyone at RightNow able to address this issue?
