Creating Task on Email Bounced back

Hi All,
I am looking for creating a Task in Oracle Service Cloud when the email sent to the customer is getting bounced back. Ultimately I need to send this information to an external system as per the business requirement.
I could see that the Bounced Email details are available in the Incident Bounced Messages table. But am looking for a trigger to create the Task. Also I checked the Thread section and I could see the flag that indicates Bounced Message.
Please share your thoughts.
