Change outgoing mailbox for different Administrator Emails
We have several different Administrator emails that are sent out from the Service Cloud. Because we have different teams that manage some of the different product areas within the Service Cloud, we would like to change the email box for some of our email notifications that are sent out.
We have customized the Message Templates to include a message to respond back to the correct email box, and created custom Mailboxes for each team, however it appears as though all of our Administrator Emails are being sent from the Default mailbox.
Is there a way to change the Mailbox that an Administrator Email is being sent from for just one or two of our Message Templates?
