License Types Description
I am implementing HR Helpline system and I have following types of licenses:
- Oracle RightNow Enterprise Contact Center Dynamic Agent Desktop Cloud Service - Hosted Named User
- Oracle RightNow Non-Contact Center User Cloud Service - Hosted Non-Contact Center Named User
I have gone through different documents but couldn't clearly understand that what type of users I can configure under these licenses. Under which license my helpline officers, admins, area experts and escalation managers will fall.
Kindly if anyone can explain or provide some better document to understand?
