In VBS, need the ability hide the navigation for Position Override when position is not used

Need to be able to hide the navigation for position override when the position region is hidden.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

At MetLife, we do not use position management. We have the position region and position fields hidden in all employment quick actions yet the position override appears in the navigation of many of the employment Redwood pages. Need to be able to hide to provide a better user experience.
