Tracking of Check-Ins is required

in Cloud Customer Connect Demo

Note that We created a test sample for check-In template of type "Performance" and it includes "Questionnaires" Only. As HR users, we want now to track staff whether they completed these questionnaires or not. I tried to search a subject area in report & analytics that shows check-ins records but not found. Note that we want a live and easy tracking of check-ins that is similar to the tracking of normal performance goals which are tracked easily through "Transaction Console" via process number.
