Outlook integration automation of sync
I've recently setup the outlook integration to allow sync of tasks from Oracle CX to Outlook - far more simple to do than expected, which was really refreshing.
The team that are using the integration are now looking to see if there's a way to automate the sync between the two, so that there's no action required in Outlook to pull the tasks through (ideally in a similar fashion to a cron job).
I can see there are three ways that are available - to sync manually, to sync when you save a task in Outlook and to sync when you open a task in Outlook. Is there another way to do this so that it is automated? If so, how was this done? If not does anyone have any ideas?
