Missing content from RightNow support

Has anyone received email responses from RightNow Support with nothing in the incident? In my past two incidents all I receive is the following:

When I login to my RightNow support account and go to Service Requests (I think this recently changed from Incidents) then I see the entire incident with the response from the support agent. It's only via email that this issue is occurring.
