Has anyone found the knowledge article that lists the official steps for uninstalling the RightNow client? I'm running into an issue with one of my sites. I normally uninstall via the Control Panel but that doesn't seem to help. Want to see if there's an alternative method (e.g. there used to be a batch file).

I've done multiple searches in the support knowledgebase and nothing comes up, e.g.

  • Uninstalling RightNow
  • Uninstalling Oracle RightNow client
  • Removing RightNow
  • Removing RightNow from the entire planet because there's no @#$%& knowledge article on how to uninstall the client

I get plenty of answers on uninstalling Outlook Integration and the HTML editor but nothing for the client. How is that possible?
