Technology used for connection between main application/Portal & RighNow
I have a query on how communication will happen between Customer Portal and Agent Desktop ?
As both are maintained by Oracle, how does the Customer query submitted is acceccible in the agent desktop application ? Do they have the same database ?
I want to know the Technology used for connection between main RighNow Agent Desktop Application and Customer Portal.
It may be a silly question, but I want to know.
