notification testing from test instance

Hello everyone,

I'm new here so I hope I'm doing the correct stuff here.

I'm new to the community and to RN. I have spent time to search around but I'm not able to find an answer. I understand that when test instance of RN is refreshed from production all customer emails have .invalid added, so we do not bother customers. The problem we have is that we want to test all notifications from our system and be sure everything is working properly before pushing out a new release or a change. Changing manually some contacts is not an option for us.
