Displaying a custom object field on front end Ask a Question page

Hi
Does anyone know if its possible, out of the box, to display values from a custom object in a drop down menu field on the front end AAQ page and use this value to populate an incident field when the user submits ?
For example the custom object looks like below and when user [email protected] signs into my account and goes to AAQ,I want there to be a "Version" field available where they select "1, 2 or 3" and when the incident is created there is a filed called "Version" that has populated whatever the user selected.
