Hi Guys,

I am looking for something weird. 

My requirement is to create an incident on every customer email, whether its a new email or a reply to an existing incident. I have gone through MYQ_REOPEN_DEADLINE which nearly satisfied my requirement, but not fully. Is there any other configuration setting with which we can achieve this? Some hidden EGW setting probably?
