Customer Portal Requirements

Beyond what is stated in the Customer Platform requirements link, which just says what browsers are supported for customers accessing CP, are there any requirements related to Java, cookies, or anything like that?

Seems like I always spend way to much time trying to find the customer requirements for accessing CP. Anyone else always forget to search for "platform" because searching for "specifications", "customer", and/or "requirements" never locates the right document.
