Installing Service Cloud on Windows 10

Even though Oracle doesn't support Windows 10, I upgraded one of my laptops to it this weekend and haven't had any issues installing/running Service Cloud. You still need IE but it's "hidden" and not removed from Win10. You can also open any URL in the new Edge browser in IE via a setting option. Once IE opens you can also pin it to the Taskbar for future use (I only use IE for Service Cloud installs).

Hope that helps for anyone upgrading to Win10.
