Random characters appearing within answers in the admin site

Can anyone advise if they have also seen this issue where random characters are appearing within the answers text on the admin site? This is not ideal when making sure what you publish is correct although these characters do not appear online just on the admin site.

As per the image attached, we have been seeing this issue for quite sometime now and the frustrating thing is that Oracle are saying that this is a bug but it has yet be assigned to a release and this has been years now.

Has anyone else seen the same issue or know what could be causing this?
