I am using the following link to install Oracle Service Cloud. On clicking Install Oracle Service Cloud I don't get any prompt to login on my IE 10 browser, the browser just thinks for 15 seconds and then nothing happens. I have Windows 7 installed on my machine and have the latest .Net framework. Please help to resolve this issue.
