Searching CP Account Support History

I'm a logged-in CP user and I want to search for a specific ticket: 150918-000409. That gives me 31 results, which is basically ALL the tickets created on 150918 from my org. The ticket I searched for shows up but in the middle of the list.

Any idea how to improve the search so when I search for a specific ticket number ONLY that ticket shows up, or shows up first?
