Sessions vs End User Page Hits vs Visits

Hello,

I am kind of new on working with Oracle RightNow console and I discovered some major differences between number of sessions uses over a month, end-user page hits and visits. Can you tell me the difference between them? The point is that we are running out of sessions too fast and we cannot realize why. The testing was done on a different console special made for testing so that shouldn't be included in the numbers.

Please help me out.
