Workflow warning message

Hi all, we use the workflow for our counter equiries process, it simply creates an incident, assigns a disposition, sets the incident to solved then saves and closes the incident.  It works fine, however after 20 times of use the agent will get the following warning message (see image).

"The current element has been executed 20 times.  Do you want to continue running the workflow?"

Any ideas what this warning is referring too? and can we turn it off?
