Hi there

Our help pages for customers are branded to be in line with our main websites.

So we have www.rightnow.com as a brand for example which is hosted by our website vendor, and we also have help.rightnow.com hosted by Oracle.

The help.rightnow.com hosted Oracle pages have our complete branding on them, so to a customer the page looks just like our main brand website. This was managed by a technical team which no longer exists within our business, and therefore we have lost the knowledge of how to maintain the Oracle hosted page.
