Dear Sir/Madam,

Beside using

-      Desktop Add-in
-      URL via localhost

For Oracle Service Cloud screen-pop, is there any other methods that we can use?  I was reading answer https://cx.rightnow.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4199  and online help Core Features > Site Configuration > Screen pops.  Can only find these 2 methods.
