Hi All,

Please advise whether we can achieve the below requirement in Oracle Service Cloud.

I would like to map a same contact in two different organizations.For eg., A(Contact) is working for both the organizations **** and YYY. And also, A can raise an incident in **** and YYY org,if the incident is related to **** org, then it should come under **** organization and same way for YYY organization.
