Are you running end-of-life software?  If so, your organization might be impacted.  Please read on…

A number of Oracle Service Cloud customers are relying on the obsolete TLS 1.0 protocol.  This old release of the TLS protocol is known to be vulnerable to attacks and widely considered as an obsolete encryption method. To support a secure environment, and to allow us stay compliant with industry standards, TLS 1.0 will be shutdown.

We will be disabling TLS protocol version 1.0 in our production environments on the following dates:
