Hi all,

could anyone please advise what access is required to be able to search the support knowledge base (on cx.rightnow.com) and how to obtain the access? at the moment, my search does not return any result and i couldn't view any answer (like those mentioned in the forum by other users).

I have registered and logged in to cx.rightnow.com before conduct any searching or try to view answers.
